Bamboo 4 Benguluru flagship event encouraged and blessed by His Holinrss Jagathguru Sri Sri Sri Siddalinga Maha Swamiji , Pontiff of Shri Siddaganga Mutt, Tumkuru.
The Green School Bangalore launched the Bamboo 4 Bengaluru initiative in collaboration with the Bamboo Society of India and the Department of Forest, Environment, and Ecology of the Government of Karnataka. The event took place at Vikasa Soudha in Bengaluru and was inaugurated by Honourable Minister Shri Eshwar Khandro. Key participants included Mr. Punati Sridhar (IFS Retd.), former Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HOFF), and Chairman of the Bamboo Society of India; PCCF Shri Brijesh Kumar Dixit; Usha Iyer, Principal of The Green School Bangalore; along with staff and students from the school.
